Anchor-1 is a tool for recording and reviewing your own information. It isn't a medical device, and it doesn't diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent any condition or recommend any treatment. Nothing in the app or on this website is a substitute for advice from your prescriber, pharmacist or other qualified professional.

Never delay, change or stop treatment, or ignore professional advice, because of something you saw in Anchor-1. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

• The dose calculator only converts numbers you enter — a vial's strength, a syringe, a dose you want — into a volume and syringe marks. It doesn't know what you were prescribed. Check every number against your label and confirm it with your pharmacist or prescriber before injecting. You are responsible for what you take.

• Estimated level is a rough, relative shape from typical half-lives. It isn't a blood level and must not be used to decide when or how much to take.

• Insights and trends describe patterns in what you logged. They are not proof of a cause and not a diagnosis.

• Targets (protein, fiber, water, sugar, carbs, weekly activity) are general defaults you can change. They are not personal nutrition or exercise advice.

Anchor-1 keeps your data only on your phone. We can't recover it if the app is deleted, the phone is lost or erased, or you reset the app. Exporting a backup now and then is your responsibility. See the Privacy Policy.

You may use Anchor-1 for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or interfere with the app or this website, except as the law allows regardless of these terms.

Anchor-1 is free for your first 14 days. After that it costs $4.99 a month (or the equivalent in your local currency). Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account, and the subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; deleting the app doesn't cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Medication and brand names shown in the app (for example Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Trulicity, Saxenda, Victoza, Byetta, Bydureon and Rybelsus) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify what you take. Anchor-1 is independent and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them.

Anchor-1 and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We work to make the app accurate and reliable, but we can't promise it will be error-free, that its calculations will suit your situation, or that it will always be available.

To the fullest extent the law allows, R5IOT LLC and anyone who works on Anchor-1 aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app or website. Nothing here limits any liability that can't be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the new version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Anchor-1 after a change means you accept it.
