Please include your phone model, its iOS or Android version, the Anchor-1 version if you know it, and what you did just before it happened. Leave out any health details you wouldn't want sitting in an email.

My reminders aren't arriving

Check that Reminders is on in Anchor-1's Settings, and that the kind you want (daily, dose, supplements) is on.
Your phone asks permission the first time a reminder is scheduled. If you said no, allow notifications for Anchor-1 in your phone's own Settings.
Settings → Reminders → “Coming up” lists what is scheduled next, so you can see whether a reminder exists.
A reminder is cancelled once you've logged the thing it was for; that is intended.

I have a new phone

On the old phone: Settings → Backup → Export my data, and save the file to Files or iCloud Drive, or send it by AirDrop or Mail.
On the new phone: open Anchor-1 and choose “Restore from a backup” on the welcome screen.
Read the confirmation, which shows what the file holds and what it would replace, then confirm. You can undo it straight away.

Do this before you wipe or trade in the old phone. Anchor-1 keeps your data only on the phone, so we can't restore it for you.

My history is gone

Anchor-1 stores everything on your phone and nowhere else. If the app was deleted, the phone was erased or replaced, or you used Settings → Reset all data, the history goes with it and we have no copy to send back. If you exported a backup, restore it as above. From now on, exporting a backup every so often is the way to protect what you've logged.

A dose calculation doesn't look right

Don't inject. Check the numbers you entered against your vial label and syringe, and ask your pharmacist or prescriber to confirm the amount. If the calculator gave a result that doesn't match what your pharmacist told you, please tell us what you entered and what it showed so we can look into it.
