Privacy Policy

• Everything you enter is stored only on your phone.

• There is no account, sign-in or email address.

• Anchor-1 doesn't send what you log to us or to anyone else, and contains no advertising or analytics code.

• Data leaves your phone only when you export a backup or copy a summary yourself.

Only what you choose to enter, in the app's own private storage on your device:

• Your profile: units, weight and goal weight, the medications you take with their schedules and any vial details, daily targets, reminder settings and appearance.

• Your logs: food and drinks, doses (with amount and injection site), weigh-ins, side effects, mood check-ins, workouts, and — if you turn them on — blood sugar readings and A1C results.

• Your supplements and which days you ticked them off, and your favorite foods.

This is health information, and it stays in that storage. We never see it, because there is nowhere for it to be sent.

• A backup file. If you tap Export, Anchor-1 writes one file with your data and opens your phone's share sheet so you can save it (Files, iCloud Drive) or send it (AirDrop, Mail). From then on that copy is yours to protect — it isn't encrypted by Anchor-1, so keep it somewhere you trust.

• A provider summary. “Share with your provider” builds text you copy and paste yourself. Nothing is sent until you do.

• Your phone's own backups. Whether app data is included in a device backup (for example iCloud) is controlled by your phone's settings, not by Anchor-1.

Reminders are scheduled and delivered by your phone; nothing is sent from a server. The first time one is scheduled, your phone asks for permission, and it is the only permission Anchor-1 asks for. A reminder's text can name your medication or your supplements (“Time for your Ozempic dose”, “Time to take: Vitamin D”), so it appears wherever your phone shows notifications, including a locked screen, unless you change that in your phone's notification settings.

Anchor-1 has no sign-up and no advertising, and includes no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking code. We don't sell or share your information, because we don't have it.

Settings → Reset all data erases everything the app has stored, and deleting the app does too. Backup files you exported are separate, and yours to delete. Details are on the Delete your data page.

Anchor-1 is designed for adults managing their own treatment. It doesn't ask for, and we don't receive, personal information from anyone, including children.

This website has no accounts, forms or cookies. It uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits: which pages are viewed, the site that linked here, and your country, browser, operating system and type of device. It sets no cookies and doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites, and we only see the totals. This applies to the website only; the app has no analytics. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as your IP address and browser type) when pages are requested, as any web host does, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Because Anchor-1 collects nothing, a change would only describe a change in what the app itself does.
